I’ve made it my life’s work to amplify the awareness and needs of women, both in tech and beyond, with a special emphasis on breadwinning women. I aim to expand conversations about societal gender norms surrounding success, money and household roles.

A recent study found that 89% of women aged 18-60 said that being part of an Employee Resource Group (ERG) had made their lives better at work. When we create a space of understanding, it allows for a truly open, honest and vulnerable conversation which is desperately needed. Through breadwinning women communities, we can provide resources, understanding and support across many facets of this growing dynamic. Work with me to start a community!
